On Earth, Delse was once a laid back Austrian Rabbi whose passion for the art of self-perfection led her to become Mister Head's first robotic champion in the hereafter. Their combined physical power unparalleled, Delse's scheme of an analog subjugation of the universe seemed fit for Mister Head's goals, until it was apparent that Earth would only succumb to a power greater than mere strength. Apparently still useful to him in a diluted - or is that deluded? - human form, Watcher Ta has been kept alive to see the rise and fall of many civilizations. Of all the ones she loaths, Mr. Head's is one she is tolerating for the time being.
