Mother is to Father is to Kæther
“mama” is to “gaga” is to “lala”

I thought of using the most direct translation “Lover”, but that has negative connotations in our language. Kæther anyway seems to more poetically describe the role, which is that of proven love and nurturing.

Vital roles of the lale jeenare parent are to (physically) raise the semi-matured egg to full maturity, to (biologically) provide it genetic information and nutrients through the calcium walls, and of course — like all parents — to (physiologically) imbue its progeny with warmth and love. There doesn’t seem to be anything in the planets’ biology text books about the parent giving poor life examples for the progeny to ruinously exaggerate or neurotically fear.
